  • Provide tutoring, facilitation and coaching services;

  • Communicate with you regarding schedules, progress reports and updates;

  • Improve our programs and user experience; and

  • Comply with administrative or legal requirements.

Your information is stored securely and is not shared with thrid parties unless required by law or necessary for service delivery (e.g. academic platforms or assessment partners)

Terms of Service

3.1 Scope of Services

Tutor All provides:

  • Academic facilitation for homeschool and online learners;

  • Private and group tutoring sessions; and

  • Coaching and support sessions for parents and students.

All services are offered online or in person (where applicable) according to pre-arranged schedules.

3.2 Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once registration forms are completed and payments (or a deposit) has been received. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these policies.

3.3 Code of Conduct

Tutor All maintains a respectful and professional learning environment. Learners are expected to:

  • Attend sessions on time and with the required materials;

  • Communicate any challenges or schedule changes promptly; and

  • Treat facilitators, coaches and peers with respect.

Payment & Fees

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Payments are due in advance (monthly or per term) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until fees are settled.

  • Fees are subject to annual review and may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice.

4.2 Methods of Payment

Payments can be made via EFT, PayFast or approved online payment platforms. Banking details will be provided upon registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Session Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least one (1) month in advance.

  • Sessions canceled with less than one (1) months' notice will be charged in full.

5.2 Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with one (1) months' written notice.

Online Learning & Technology

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure stable internet access and suitable devices for online sessions.

  • Tutor All cannot be held liable for interruptions due to connectivity or technical issues beyond our control.

Disclaimers

  • Tutor All is not a registered school but a registered online tutor and facilitation Centre.

  • Upon completing the chosen curriculum, the student will receive their qualification depending on what they have chosen.

  • We facilitate learning using recognized online curricula, partner platforms and approved educational tools.

  • Progress and results depend on teach learner's commitment, consistency and participation.

  • While every effort is made to support academic success, results cannot be guaranteed. 

  • While our online tutor Centre is committed to providing high-quality academic support and guidance, we do not guarantee or take responsibility for University acceptance or outcomes. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective institutions and are influenced by a variety of factors beyond our control. It remains the full responsibility of the student and/or parent to ensure that all application requirements are met and submitted accurately and on time.

Limitation of liability

Tutor All, including it's directors, staff, affiliates and partners, shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage - whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential - arising from participation in our online tutoring programs. This includes, but is not limited to, academic performance, technical issues, or misinterpretation of content.

Policy Updates

Tutor All reserves the right to update or modify these policies from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email, WhatsApp or posted on our Website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
